Methodology

 Flipped Practical Courses VIA Triple Environment (3EEE) is designed on the basis of Project Cycle Management (PCM) model. The core of the project is to integrate the learning parts, and make the learning processes shared between learners and teachers, implementing flipped courses via a triple learning environment which is developed by Triple experts in each Team. Flexible learning environment, new learning culture and professional educators are results of the good implantation.

  • The project will start with a Kick-off meeting in Palestine.
  • The first WP1 (Management) will be led by PTUK WP1 seeks to conduct groups of activities that will take place during the whole project, the cross-cutting aspect is Project Management (WP1). WP1 seeks to facilitate the highest collaboration between partners and enable a timely reporting to the European Commission of the project progress and results.
  • WP2 (led by AQU), seeks to build the capabilities of partner PS HEIs in redesigning practical courses based on flipped approach via 3 learning environments.
  • WP3 (led by PPU), seeks to build the capabilities of partner PS HEIs and AQAC and MOHESR in specialized field visit program countries in EU universities;
  • WP4 (led by UCAS,) activities, basically concerned in redesigning at least 10 practical courses (2) per university based on flipped approach via 3 learning environments
  • WP5 led by the Facultyof Polymer Technology(FTPO), undertakes to support Teams who work on WP4 activities and WP6 activities, in this WP the Flipped Approach Model (e-Structure) will be developed.
  • WP6 (led by PTUK, Co-lead by UAMS), Developing Curriculum Maps, and modules descriptors for  of three Enhanced Programs ((1) Enhance program for Academic, (2) Enhance programs for instructional designer, (3) enhance program for (ICT) e-Resources developer), the 3 programs to be adopted by AQAC, and certified by the ministry of higher education and scientific research
  • WP7 (Project Quality and Evaluation). WP7 will be led by Universidade de Lisboa - Técnico Lisboa(LU-IST)). This WP aims to ensure that different activities and their associated deliverables, outputs, and outcomes will meet the project specification and limitations.
  • WP8 which is led by (PTUK) and co-led by METROPOLITAN COLLEGE. The dissemination of the project will start from the very beginning, by Kickoff meeting, building a website all after forming the committees of the project and the dissemination plan.
