Erasmus+ Project 3EEE Flipped Practical Courses VIA Triple Learning Environments which developed by Triple Experts teams whose are empowered through Triple Enhance programs.



The Main Aim Of 3EEE Is To Contribute To Improving The Skills Of Learners To Become Suitable For The Labor Market, By Improving Teaching And Learning Through Continuous Professional Enhancement Of Academics And Technicians In Palestinian Universities.


About the project


One major problem that the current education system in Palestine faces is the gap between academia and the labor market needs. Employers very often complain that skills possessed by fresh graduates do not match, nor sufficiently meet the labor market requirements.


PS Model Execution Summary


One major problem that the current education system in Palestine faces is the gap between academia and the Labor market. Employees very often complain about the skills acquired by new graduates, that is not sufficient for the requirements of the labor market.

We envisage the solution will not only be by redesigning the content, changing the method of teaching or changing the assessment methods, but the change must include various and multiple aspects. The core structural pieces (learning environments, content, teaching methodologies) must be joined side by side to close the gap.

The content must be developed by experts with a diversity of interest and harmonious approach, the method of teaching must be participatory and the responsibility for the learning process must be shared by the participants (the learner, the academic, and the employer). If these pieces are brought together in a single building block that has been enabled and strengthened with the help of external experts.

Our proposed Model (3EEE-FA-PS-Model Moodle) aims to develop flipped Practical courses VIA triple environment by Triple Experts Teams, and to train a team of trainers (TOT) through Triple Enhance programs using the developed flipped approach VIA Triple Environment (3EEE)

In this Model we aim to provide the following to outfit the needs of Labor Market:

- Developed a story board of the course

- Using modules for the course topics instead of chapters

- Discussions have to be done between: subject matter expert, pedagogy expert and ICT expert, for each module

- Design 3 learning environment for each module, and agreed about the percentage of time for each from the course lifecycle

- Rewrite the learning and teaching materials of each module (LTM)
