The 3EEE project team ends their activities in Germany

The scientific visit delegation in Germany completed the activities as part of the 3EEE project ‘Designing practical programs and courses according to the flipped approach’ funded by the European Union: The project manager, Dr. Nuha Iter, explained that the scientific visit, which was carried out in cooperation with the University of Applied Management Studies in Germany, included various activities that serve the mechanisms of applying the flipped approach, integrating artificial intelligence applications in higher education, integrating the three learning environments, learning about the university's experiences in building and managing entrepreneurial projects and deepening partnership with labour market institutions, and how to plan the use of artificial intelligence applications according to a template developed by the host university specifically for the 3EEE project. Dr. Iter said that the visit included an administrative meeting to discuss what has been achieved and issues related to the project progress report and the quality of the project, with a focus on the work of the steering committee.

 

Dr. Iter pointed out the importance of exchanging experiences on the mechanism of developing capacity building programs for university professors with accreditation and adoption by AQAC and build the educational policies that ensure the institutionalization of the application of the professional diploma in education for faculties, and the use of the flipped approach in three integrated learning environments, which is an innovative approach for the 3EEE project. It is worth mentioning that the participants in this fourth scientific visit in Europe and the eighth event in the capacity building are from the project partners, where the PTUK was represented by Dr. Nuha Iter, Dr. Rami Yousef and Dr. Dawoud Abu Safieh, and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education: Dr. Shadi Al-Helou, Dr. Muammar Yousuf, Eng. Rawan Sultan, Mr. Samir Taneh and Mr. Muthana Daraghmeh, and represented Palestine Polytechnic University: Dr. Ghassan Shahin, Dr. Amjad Natsheh, Dr. Rami Arafeh, Dr Luay Shahin, Dr. Malik Salhab, and Al-Quds University: Dr. Rashid Jayyousi, Dr. Israa Hamdan and Dr Mohammed Abdel Rahman, and Arab American University: Dr. Muath Sobha, Dr. Mosadeq Brahmeh and Mr. Nizar Shihab., while the University College of Applied Sciences from Gaza was represented by: Dr. Asmaa Abu Samra and Dr. Ahmed Ghorab, and there were 18 participants via Zoom, as most of the events were held in a blended format
