The scientific field visit delegation in Greece concluded its activities within the 3EEE project

The scientific field visit delegation in Greece concluded its activities within the 3EEE project, "Designing practical programs and courses according to the flipped classroom approach," funded by the European Union Erasmus+ program, led by Palestine Technical University Khadoori, in the second week of October.

The scientific visit, conducted in collaboration with Metropolitan University (Metropolitan) in Greece from the AKMI group, encompassed training events and field visits pertaining to the flipped classroom approach and blended learning, including academic games and gamification, e-learning, and other related topics. The resources, artificial intelligence tools, and best practices for integrating them into higher education were also discussed. Additionally, the group explored the experiences of European countries in field training and work-based learning, as well as the use of computer applications in diversifying learning resources and streamlining the planning, implementation, and evaluation of education.

European countries have gained valuable insights from their experiences in field training and work based on participatory work. They have also made significant strides in leveraging a vast array of computer applications to diversify learning resources and enhance the effectiveness of education through strategic planning, seamless implementation, and rigorous evaluation. Dr. Iter also noted that the visit included an administrative meeting to discuss project progress, quality, and activities related to the sixth package, with a particular focus on the work of the steering committee.
Dr. Iter highlighted the value of sharing insights on the development of capacity-building programs for university professors with accreditation from the Accreditation and Quality Commission and the adoption of the model by the Ministry to create educational policies that ensure the institutionalization of the flipped classroom approach in three learning environments. This is a pioneering approach for the 3EEE project. It is worth noting that the participants in this third scientific visit to Europe and the sixth event in the capacity-building axis came to accumulate the experiences addressed in the workshop held online in September of this year. The scientific visit delegation consisted of representatives of the project partners, including Dr. Nuha Iter, Dr. Maan Al-Khatib, Dr. Mohammed Khalil, and Dr. Osama Khader, and representatives from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Dr. Muammar Eshtiwi, M. Samer Moussa, M. Iyad Abu Samra, A. Ghadeer Saleh, and representatives from Palestine Polytechnic University: Dr. Ghassan Shaheen, Dr. Jalal Al-Salaymeh, Dr. Abdelnasser Dana, and Al-Quds University: Dr. Rashid Jayyousi, Dr. Hussein Samamra, Dr. Firas Barakat, Arab American University: Dr. Moath Sabha, Dr. Rasmia Anabtawi, Dr. Musab Amoudi, and University College of Applied Sciences: Eng.
