Community Awareness [6.5.7]

Outreach activities and campaigns raising awareness of sustainable water use among surrounding communities and schools.

Community Awareness programs extend water education beyond campus to the surrounding neighborhoods, schools, and municipalities. These programs support SDG6 by promoting sustainable water practices, pollution prevention, and efficient water use in the wider community. Activities include public workshops, demonstrations, student-led initiatives, and collaboration with NGOs and local authorities. Outputs include trained participants, educational materials, pilot projects, and community campaigns. Additional activities include awareness drives, volunteer programs, and participatory research with community stakeholders.
