The College of Agricultural Science and Technology was established in 2011 as an extension of the Kadoorie Agricultural School, which was founded in 1930. The decision to establish the college stemmed from the belief in the necessity of restoring Kadoorie's agricultural heritage.
Today, the faculty offers Ph.D., master's, bachelor and diploma degrees in many disciplines that meet the needs of students and society.
