Data and Systems Department manages and develops the infrastructure for all applications at the ‎university and monitors the main servers that provide these applications to the university, such as the ‎email system, web system, software licenses, and others. The department also ensures the periodic ‎development of these servers at the university.

• Preparing and equipping the main computers for use.
• Preparing plans for saving backup copies of information and methods for retrieving them.
• Developing the university’s servers periodically to keep pace with technological developments.
• Applying periodic updates to operating systems (Patches).
• Analyzing system logs (Log Files) and identifying potential problems.
• Organizing the operations of starting and stopping the main computers and their accessories.
• Studying and determining the requirements for expansion and development of computers and their accessories.
• Studying and measuring the effectiveness of the devices and improving their performance.
