Integrating e-learning with traditional learning in Palestinian higher education institutions:
• Managing e-learning efficiently and professionally.
• Spreading the culture of e-learning among society members.
• Organizing and providing e-learning services that are in alignment with UNESCO international standards.
• Exchanging experiences and organizing conferences and scientific research with leading universities or educational institutions in the field of e-learning.
Developing and improving the design of electronic courses:
• Supporting distinguished faculty members in the field of e-learning and its competencies.
• Providing distinguished faculty members with the necessary courses in the field of e-learning.
Employing e-learning in community service:
• Spreading the culture of e-learning among members of society.
• Providing electronic courses and seminars for community distance learning in partnership with the Deanship of Community Service and local community institutions.
• Technical and academic training and support.

• Technical training of faculty members.
• Management and organization of electronic exams.

Palestine Technical University has sought to provide high-quality education in various fields complying with the latest international standards and educational trends.
To achieve high-quality standards of education, PTUK realizes that E-learning is no longer an option, but rather a necessity for all educational institutions keen on progress and prosperity.
Hence at the beginning of the academic year 2016-2017, the e-learning center was activated to be a reference for all components of the e-learning process, which works to achieve the university vision and fulfill its mission of spreading the culture of effective use of e-learning technologies to provide modern education that contributes to the production of high-quality educational outputs.
The e-learning center targets, in its service, all students and faculty members from all academic faculties to create an electronic academic climate commensurate with the nature of the stage we are going through.
