    The Administrative Quality Department is one of the departments affiliated with the Deanship of ‎Planning, Development, and Quality, which is mainly concerned with the quality of administrative work ‎and the services resulting from it, whether for employees, students, or any external parties.
    The ‎department tasks, activities, and responsibilities vary in terms of participating in drawing up policies ‎and instructions, defining responsibilities and powers, developing the administrative system, and ‎participating in its computerization process.‎
    The department follows up on the achievements of the supporting deanships and administrative ‎departments in the field of quality, as it evaluates work mechanisms and measures the extent to ‎which its objectives are achieved in order to consolidate the concept of continuous development and ‎improvement.‎

    ‎•‎ Participate in establishing university policies and instructions.‎
    ‎•‎ Formulate job descriptions and propose responsibilities and powers for each job position.‎
    ‎•‎ Participate in preparing the required organizational structural modifications.‎
    ‎•‎ Prepare the annual internal audit plan, and report the output.‎
    ‎•‎ Draft the necessary administrative work procedures.‎
    ‎•‎ Follow up on the adoption and application of procedures in various departments.‎
    ‎•‎ Prepare preventive actions and plans based on internal audits and follow up on their ‎implementation.‎
    ‎•‎ Determine the performance indicators of administrative departments, measurement tools, and ‎their measurement standards.‎
    ‎•‎ Follow up the process of measuring the performance of administrative departments and provide ‎development and corrective actions that will raise performance.‎
    ‎•‎ Develop a system of complaints and suggestions in the university.‎
    ‎•‎ Create a culture of quality in the university.‎
