• Provide an appropriate university environment for the students and the staff.

• Prepare the academic development plan to include the development of programs, courses , and exams.
• Develop an implementation plan that can be accomplished within one year.
• Work to establish a Scholarships Department to create opportunities for academics, administrators, and students; to participate in training courses and scientific research projects.
The Deanship of Planning, Development, and Quality is one of the main supporting deanships at Palestine Technical University “Khadoorie”, which was established in (2009 AD) to develop the university’s various facilities, and to complete the new buildings it needs to keep pace with the rapid development in preparing students and academic and administrative staff.
The Deanship of Planning, Development, and Quality is working to double the number of programs at the bachelor%27s and diploma levels and is constantly striving to build, develop and apply a system for academic quality, and another system for administrative quality. To place the university among the distinguished institutions of higher education in its academic and administrative performance and production locally and regionally.
Palestine Technical University “Khadoorie” seeks to advance the academic and administrative quality in addition to improving the educational structure for students and its employees. Accordingly, the Deanship of Planning, Development, and Quality team gathers around the teamwork philosophy to reach clear strategic goals that help in the advancement of the university within all its educational and service sectors. Where the deanship draws strategic policies and development plans for infrastructure and quality in both its academic and administrative parts to stimulate the vision and mission of the university.
