    The work of the Counseling Department is primarily directed at students. We are concerned with ‎student’s social, psychological, and academic life. Our work includes the following activities:‎
    • Receive students’ complaints and deal with them promptly.‎
    • Deliver workshops and seminars to raise students awareness and provide proper guidance.‎
    • Respond to student inquiries related to their academic achievement and other aspects of their ‎study programs.‎
    • Provide individual and confidential guidance to students – if required. ‎
    • Guide freshmen at the beginning of the academic year and introduce them to the university ‎regulations, students scholarships, and disciplinary procedures as well as their rights and ‎responsibilities.‎
    • Help students solve their academic problems.‎
    • Conduct a financial need and social survey to identify the eligible students for grants or student ‎loans.‎

    Providing effective counseling services to promote a healthy learning environment in order to ensure individual student success in current and future endeavors.

  • Objectives

    • Discover students talents, abilities, and tendencies, and direct them to the appropriate clubs.‎
    • Follow up on students frequent absences in coordination with academic departments.‎
