The study discusses the genetic variations of the milk proteins in the Palestinian sheep breeds taking into account the variant genetic biology of the sheep breeds. The study was conducted to evaluate the genetic variations: K-casein (K-CN) and ß-lactoglobulin (ß-LG), of the main breeds of the local and improved Palestinian Awasi sheep and its effects on the milk quality.
