Prof Abu-Rub Receives Tulkarem Governor and Security Officials

The President of Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie Prof Nour Abu-Rub received, at the president office, Tulkarem Governor Issam Abu Baker along with a delegation from the Security Services in the region including the Brigadier General Zahi Saada and the Region Commander to congratulate the new president of his new assumption of office and to confirm cooperation between the university and the governorate.
Abu Baker expressed his congratulations and readiness to support the university which is linked with the economic and social situation in Tulkarem, adding that more developmental projects and strategies are to come to support the State University in Palestine so that it could sustain better future for the Palestinian people.
He explained the future partner projects with the university particularly Tulkarem Archiving, an encyclopedia for Tulkarem Media, land settlement project, general population, housing and establishment census of the year 2017, in addition to updating the strategic and investment plans using census results.
Prof Abu-Rub expressed gratitude to the delegates’ warm greetings, stressing the need to complete the infrastructural and developmental projects that have been initiated by the former administration and to open horizons and invest the available competencies to provide an educational conducive environment for the students and the university staff.
