PTUK and Sharek Graduate Tamayez Students

In its fourth season, graduate students of Tamayez Program, Palestine Technical University –Kadoorie and Sharek Youth Forum have graduated 35 students who successfully completed activity hours.
The graduation ceremony was attended by the Dean of Students’ Affairs Dr. Alaa Isa, the Executive Manager of Sharek Forum, Bader Zamara, Sharek Coordinator, Mr. Husam Helmi, and Sharek Coordinator in the North Districts, Ms. Diana Qaraz as well as the program candidates and their friends.
In this context, Dr. Isa highlighted the importance of Sharek participation which acquaints the enrolled students with professional skills needed for the labor market, pointing out that the university intends to maximize the participation in the different activities to enhance leadership and innovation among the students.
For her part, Ms. Zamara explained that the program implemented 32 training meetings that included different topics of personality’s development, problem solving, interactive activities during work, entrepreneurship, and community service which maintain positive outcomes that keep pace with fast developments.
“The program students’ enrollment indicated increasing percentages reached 86% who have obtained job opportunities during the first three months after graduation,” she added.
The ceremony included a recorded video that reflects groups’ engagement from different universities and also shows activities and skills acquainted by the students resulted to the benefit of their lives’ experiences.
