Communication Engineering Wins Sixth EWB Olympiad 2018a

Being a first-time participant, a team from Communication Engineering at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie has won the Sixth Engineering EWB Olympiad 2018, which was organized by Engineers without Borders EWB under the care of PTUK Students’ Council.
This came in the final round which had competitive atmosphere between both teams of Communication Engineering and Electric Engineering in the concluding events of EWB Olympiad 2018 in its fourth day.
“The Olympiad constitutes an integral part of extracurricular activities organized by EWB aiming at organizing cultural activities to break the life stalemate among the University students,” said EWB Representative, Mahmoud Hamada.
The Supervisor of EWB at PTUK, Dr. Khalid Shadeed, praised the efforts of the EWB members and their innovative ideas which maximized the attention of the students’ belonging to their university, increased their interactivity in daily life activities, and expanded their mental and cultural abilities.
