Under the Patronage of H.E. President of the State of Palestine, Mr. Mahmoud Abbas, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie, represented by its President Prof. Nour Abu Rub, participated in the events of the National Forumfor Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Palestine which lasted for three days at the Red Crescent in Al Bireh – Ramallah on Saturday Oct 6, 2018.
The forum, entitled “Fostering Creativity - From First to End,” was attended by the PM Dr. Rami Hamdallah, representing Palestine President, the President of the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence, Dr. Adnan Samara, Central Committee Members, Revolutionary Council, Ministers and official, civil and university representatives.
PTUK participation included a booth in the exhibition that introduced a brief about the University shedding light on three basic fundamentals: being a governmental and technical university in Palestine, incubating entrepreneurship and creativity as a key element to encourage students innovate and have their own unusual projects, and reviewing a number of the students’ pioneering projects.
