The Deanships of Community Service and Development and the Students Affairs at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie organized a blood donation event, lasted for two days, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Central Blood Bank.
The event aimed at disseminating the culture of blood donation inside the students’ minds and collecting blood bags as many as possible for the diseased persons with Cancer and thalassemia.
The University President, Prof. Nour Abu Rub, indicated that such events maximize the individual responsibility and the society belonging among the students and the local community which increases the sense of interest in blood donation and community service.
