A lady with the Palestinian uniform and a Kufia – Palestine, which Hazbara attempted all forms of theft and appropriation to change and steal its heritage and identity, was the theme of the play performed by Al –Harah Theater in Arafat Theater at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie.
The play used a method that combined documentary theater based on true events using satirical black comedy; the story revolved a woman representing the Occupation state, its ministers and assistants trying to teach the woman media techniques, political terms, and diplomacy – called Hazbara which beautifies their crimes to the western public and shows the Palestinians as criminals and enemies of peace.
Hazbara reveals the Israeli practices in the recent years particularly what is included in “The Israel Project 2009 Global Language Dictionary;” a handbook guide specialized for spokespersons who represent Israel in the media using certain official language.
