Dr. Nuha Iter Kadoorie publishes Two Research Papers In the American Journal of Educational Research

Dr. Nuha Iter from Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie published two research papers in The American Journal of Educational Research.
The research paper entitled "Sustainable Leadership: Impact of Innovative Leadership Development Program on Palestinian School Principals " discusses in-depth the impact of MSN principals model on leadership . The paper manifests that this model offers a promising evidence of the sustainable effect this model has on the attitudes and practices of school principals in three key areas namely technology and community building, results-based decision-making, and instructional supervision.
In the second research paper entitled "Global Perspectives on Educational Leadership in the Middle East and North Africa, the View from Palestine", the researchers concludes that the theoretical and empirical foundations for the study of educational leadership and leadership practices in the MENA region needs more research and they recommend that these researches shouldn't be restricted to the field of education alone , but should include other interdisciplinary discourses on leadership theory .
It worth mentioning in this context that these two papers were published in collaboration with Dr. Louis Cristillo, from AMIDEAST and Dr. Alia Assali from An-Najah National University
In recognition of its effort, the team was awarded a merit certificate from the American Journal of Educational Research .
