Palestine Technical University Kadoorie Begins the New academic Year with 2000 New Enrollments


Palestine Technical University -Kadoorie began the new academic year with approximately 2000 new students. Kadoorie received the new year by a package of preparations and developmental additions at the level of the quality of academic programs and infrastructure to provide the services for its 7000 students.
In this context, the President of Palestine Technical University, Prof. Marwan Awartani expressed his delight with the course of the new academic year. Prof. Awrtani also emphasized that since the beginning of this year, the university was keen to provide packages of academic and applied programs of high quality in selected areas to maximize its graduates chances of competing for jobs in the labor market, and to enable them to contribute in the promotion of knowledge, scientific, technological and economic future of the State of Palestine. Prof. Awrtani also referred to the university’s affordable fees and the range of scholarships that benefit 80% of the students.
At the level of the university's efforts to develop its human resources, Prof. Awartani referred to the overall increase in the number of employees to approximately 63%, and a 70% increase in the number of doctorate holders.
In this context, prof.Awrtani also welcomed the new students and called upon them to invest their skills to acquire knowledge and serve their communities and their country, and to engage in all the events and activities of the university.
