Kadoorie Organizes a Seminar under the Title The Impact of Social Media on Violence against Women

In Cooperation with the social Rescue Association for the Development of Palestinian women and Women’s Center for Legal Aid and Counseling, the Deanship of Student Affairs at PTUK organized a seminar under the title "The Impact of Social Media on Violence against Women".
The seminar aimed to raise the level of awareness on the use of social media and social media addiction. In this context, Agadeer Barkat referred to the widespread use of social media which in turn has led to addiction alongside with the objectification of women in advertising.
