The president of Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie- Prof. Marwan Awartani met the Palestinian novelist Layan Bader in the presence of the coordinated of Tulkarem’s Book Club Asmhan Azzouni.
The meeting took place following a cultural book discussion in the Yasser Arafat’s theater.
In this context, Prof. Awartani welcomed the novelist stressing Kadoorie’s interest in enhancing the cultural aspect in the university.
For her part, Bader commended on Kadoorie’s role as the hub of creativity and culture, noting that Tulkarem is already a beacon of culture and literature.
