A Delegation the Arab population of Israel Visits Kadoorie

A delegation from the Arab population of Israel headed by the Arab nationalist party chairman- Mohammed Canaan convened with the president of Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie accompanied by the governor of Tulkarem- Issam Abu Bakr.
The meeting was attended by the University rector’s assistant- Dr. Derar Eleyyan, deans and departments heads who addressed the importance of strengthening communication and creative interaction on all cultural, cognitive, educational and economic levels in order to preserve the historical cohesion and identity with the Palestinian people.
In this context, Dr. Eleyyan announced that the university will launch a campaign to attract students from all parts of Palestine by offering programs in line with the privacy of the Arab population of Israel students.
For his part, Canaan stressed the importance of education for the Arab population of Israel and its importance in empowering them and giving them space to overcome the restrictions imposed by the Israeli occupation.
