Dr. Hussein Shanak, the Acting President of the University, welcomed today a visiting delegation from Liverpool Hope University, UK. The delegation, led by Professor Michael Lavelle, included several academics, researchers, and students.
The purpose of their visit was to explore the efforts and academic programs of the University on both local and international levels. Additionally, discussions were held to identify potential areas for collaborative cooperation. The visit was coordinated nationally by Mr. Mohammad Ammara.
It's worth noting that the delegation's visit to Palestine is part of expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people, gaining insights into the political and social conditions under occupation, and fostering understanding and collaboration between institutions.
