The Faculty of Applied Sciences at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie, represented by the Department of Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Radiology, participated in the celebration of World Radiology Day.
During the event, Dr. Osama Khudraj, representing the department, delivered a lecture on the applications of artificial intelligence AI in patient care within radiology departments.
Dr. Khudraj highlighted the importance of this participation as it underscores the university's and the department's role in advancing the medical imaging and diagnostic radiology sector., stated "we continuously strive to leverage modern technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to enhance diagnostic accuracy and expedite medical care delivery, significantly contributing to improved healthcare services for patients."
Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Dr. Rania Wanan, emphasized that the university is committed to harnessing the expertise and capabilities of its academic staff to disseminate advanced knowledge to students and the local community.
