In cooperation with the Directorate of Health in Tulkarem,the Department of Guidance at Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie held a seminarunder the title "Early Breast Cancer Detection", with the participation of the Director of Health Affairs, Dr. Nariman Shedid, the Head of Health Education Department,Ola Al-Wazzani, and the Head of Counseling and Guidance Department at PTUK, Najah Olwan.
In this context, Olwan explained that the University exerts all efforts to raise the students’ awareness in medical issues related to breast cancer.
For her part, Dr.Nariman confirmed that the Ministry of Health seizes the chance every year in October to raise the level of health awareness, especially in issues related to breast cancer.
