Media Technology Department at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie received the Chief Editor of Jerusalem Newspaper, Mohammad Abu Libdeh and the Director of Journalists, Mohammad Abu Khdeir for the purpose of raising the students’ awareness and knowledge in the field of media in general and the Newspaper’s techniques and experience in particular.
Dr. Abu Libdeh talked about the history of Jerusalem Newspaper and its role in protecting the Palestinian Press identity as well as the neutral media and the objective editing for the sake of community service.
In this context, Head of the Media Technology Department, Dr. Mohammad Ishtawi stressed the university’s keenness in such seminars in order to raise the students’ knowledge in media associations, which will give rise to meeting the labor market needs.
