Tell Me About My Homeland Second Photo Gallery Inaugurated in PTUK

Under the patronage of Minister of Tourism and Antiques, Her Excellency Mrs. Rula Maaya and the Governor of Tulkarm Governate, Isam Abu Baker, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie incubated the second photo gallery under the title “tell me about my homeland”, organized by the Palestinian Assembly for Photography and Exploration PAPE.
The gallery conducted more than one hundred photos documenting the culture, history and heritage of our homeland “Palestine”.
The University President Prof Marwan Awartani welcomed the organizers expressing the university’s keenness to hosting this fascinating gallery, in which it has a significant meaning in its simplicity and honesty preserving the Palestinian identity and which shed lights on the rapid development of smart technology.
During the inauguration, Abu Baker expressed the President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas’s gratitude and appreciation to those who devoted themselves organizing the gallery stressing the importance of using documentation in photos, which contributes in protecting the national Palestinian identity.
