The Students’ Council at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie and the university staff condemned the President of United States of America Donald Trump’s announcement recognizing Jerusalem the capital of Israel.
Several officials delivered speeches describing the decision a disregard to the international law and to the international conventions made regarding the status of Jerusalem.
The participants stressed the idea that this unjust decision will not change the actual status of Jerusalem city considering it a Palestinian city and the only capital for the Palestinians.
