PTUK Delegation Discusses Possible Means of Partnership with QOU

A delegation from Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie conducted a visit to Al Quds Open University in Tulkarem to discuss share cooperation and to activate the ongoing agreement between them.
The delegation included the University President Assistant for Public and Community Relations Ahmad Ammar, the Dean of Business and Economy College Dr. Ahmad Shweikeh, the Dean of Sciences College Dr. Rabab Jarrar while QOU representatives were the University Tulkarem Branch Director Dr. Salamah Salim, the Academic Assistant Dr. Husam Hirzallah and member staff.
Dr. Salamah praised the complementary relationship between the two educational institutions that aims to develop excellent digital educational and technical resources to support the different programs of both universities and to foster cooperation in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as the exchange of administrative, technical and academic expertise for the interest of both universities’ students and the local community.
For his part, Ahmad Ammar emphasized the significance of this agreement at the local and international levels, that falls within the interest of the two universities and their students, throughout cooperating in local and international joint projects such as Erasmus+, developing distinguished and effective international relations especially with international academic institutions, and offering training courses and development programs to raise the level of scientific and managerial skills of employees and students of both universities.
At the end of their meeting, the two institutions agreed to form an executive committee to follow up the terms of the joint agreement.
