Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie held a workshop under the title “Palestine’s Virtual University” in its branch in Ramallah, in the presence of the University President Prof. Marwan Awartani and with the participation of a select group of Palestinian university professors.
In the workshop, the lecturer and the expert in the field of education, training and development Dr. Montaser Khater delivered a lecture concerning the various aspects of e-learning, including the requirements of establishing a virtual university and asserted that digital learning is a growing field and that Palestine has not achieved the true concept of digitalization.
In his lecture, Dr. Khater also addressed the project’s scope and the infrastructure needed for the establishment of a virtual university.
