Mission

Using policies and culture to allow staff and students to achieve their potential and ‎proactively through lecture seminars advance equality and diversity and inclusive best ‎practices. ‎

‎Strength

  • ‎Availability of resources and learning to all students with all back grounds.
  • ‎Top management commitment.
  • ‎Clear enrollment process for staff and students with no limitations on gender, ‎nationality, age or religion.‎
  • ‎Existence of a diverse number of scholarships and very low fees enabling all to enroll.‎
  • ‎The existence of student exchange programs enabling students to experience different ‎cultures.‎

Weakness

  • ‎Most programs need scientific background.
  • ‎Limited number of international students are able to come to PTUK through exchange ‎programs.

Opportunities

  • ‎Possibility of international cooperation.‎
  • ‎Possibility to increase awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • ‎Actively work on increasing the number of exchange students especially incoming ‎students.
