Master Application   (File Attached)

  • Purchase admission application from the Finance Department.
  • Continue the application process manually at the Admission and Registration Department.
  • The application is processed by Graduate Studies.

Bachelor and Diploma Applications

  • Purchase admission application from the Finance Department.
  • Continue the application process manually at the Admission and Registration Department.

Enrolled Students' Registration ‎

  • Step 1: Visit our course registration system. ‎
  • Step 2: Browse available courses. ‎
  • Step 3: Pay tuition fees through Pal Pay services or deposit the fees in the university's bank ‎account. ‎
  • Step 4: Select your courses and complete registration through Portal platform. ‎

Certificates and Documents

A student can request official documents from Registration and Admission Office through the offices at PTUK campus. The students will have to pay for the papers they request at the Finance Department.

Withdrawal from the University

Withdrawal from the university is an official procedure that must be completed by the student through the university's online platform Portal and should be completed at the Admission and Registration Department.

Graduation Clearance Process

  • As you make final preparations for completing your academic tenure at PTUK, please be reminded of the Graduation Clearance Process for all prospective graduates. Listed below are the steps you must complete before you receive your certificate:
  • Access your Portal.
  • Change student status from a regular to a graduate.
  •  Access electronic services, important links.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Pay fees at the Finance Department.

Shamel Examination

Shamel is an examination held by the Ministry of Higher Education for diploma students after successfully completing the college graduation requirements and obtaining a cumulative average of 60% or higher. The exam is held twice a year and diploma students are not entitled to bridge to the bachelor's degree if they do not pass this exam.
