The minimum basic stage teacher program aspires to achieve ‎the fourth goal of the sustainable development goals and the ‎necessary appointments of primary school teachers. Classifying ‎teachers into the ranks of "new teacher, teacher, first teacher, ‎expert teacher" according to what is stated in the teaching ‎profession proposed by the Palestinian Ministry of Education, ‎according to the Public Education Law of 2017, Article (27).‎

A graduate of the Minimum Basic Stage Teacher Program can apply educational, cognitive, and skill concepts ‎and employ them in the educational field directly, through ‎micro-learning courses that extend for four semesters in the ‎‎"Practical Education" courses.‎

The program provides the graduate with skills related to the ‎mechanism of effective communication and communication ‎with students with special needs, and the mechanism of ‎integrating them in the lower grades, which is in line with the ‎policy of the Ministry of Education in integrating students with ‎disabilities in education through specialized courses in the ‎program.‎

The program develops the computer skills and e-learning of ‎graduate students to develop them from their ‎traditional indoctrination framework to vital and creative ‎practical application in the teaching field by creating modern ‎educational methods related to smart e-learning.‎

The specialization of the teacher of the lower basic stage aims to provide teachers with the skills and competencies necessary to master the teaching profession and obtain a license to practice the profession, where the student is prepared for teaching by providing him with the required competencies in various prescribed subjects, teaching strategies, design and production of teaching aids, evaluation of student learning, classroom management, classroom interaction, and student behavior.

Program Specific Objectives:
‎•‎ Preparing a stage teacher capable of planning for education of ‎various kinds and effective teaching in the classes of the basic ‎education stage.‎
‎•‎ Preparing teachers who can use modern technology in teaching.‎
‎•‎ Preparing the teacher who can deal with the different learning ‎styles of students and their multiple intelligences.‎
‎•‎ Preparing the teacher who can provide a safe and student-‎friendly classroom and school environment.‎

‎•‎ Opening new horizons for graduates in the field of education in ‎the lower basic stage, given the increase in the opening of people ‎at this stage annually in public and private schools, as the ‎percentage of annual appointments for teachers of the lower basic ‎stage is approximately between 30-35% of the total ‎appointments, due to the increase in births and compulsory basic ‎education.‎

‎•‎ Providing various programs in media institutions, especially those ‎related to children.‎
‎•‎ Preparation of targeted educational programs for children.‎
‎•‎ Establishment of a private educational center.‎
