The lecturer at the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie took a four-day participation in the events of the third international conference in development and Economicswhich was organized by the Institute of e-learning at the University of Peloponnese.
The conference took place in the Elite City Resort Hotel in Kalamata, Greece with a participation of 150 researchers of different nationalities.
Dr. Abu Awad presented his research paper entitled “The Impact of Boards Coherence on the Companies’ Performance under Foreign Ownership", which shed light on one of the important measures of governance in public shareholding companies, acquainting the conference participants with the financial status of the Palestinian companies that beset by instability due to the political disturbances practiced by Israel on the Palestinian people.
