In corporation with the Arab Islamic Bank, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie has launched a new program “Training Rowad” aiming at the students of Business and Economics College to raise their knowledge of the Islamic financial banking throughout conducting workshops, training courses, information sessions …etc.
“We need to carry out such activities, based on true strategy, which give rise to great interest for the both institutions and open horizons for students in the labor market,”the Dean of Business College, Dr. Ahmad Shawikeh stated.
The Director of PTUK’s Entrepreneurship Center for Accounting Sciences ECAS, Dr. Mohammad Sleemy said that the program is an opportunity to fill the gap between the theoretical learning with practice and ease the graduate students’ engagement in the labor market, adding that ECAS is looking forward to elaborating an integrated, entrepreneurial model with the private institutions especially in financial banking fields.
