Kadoorie University Commemorates Martyr Abu Amar and the 1988 Palestinian Declaration of Independence Anniversaries

Under the Patronage of Tulkarem Governor, Isam Abu baker, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie celebrated the commemoration of Martyr Abu Amar anniversary and the thirtieth Palestinian Declaration of Independence at Arafat Theatre in the University in presence of official, civil and security institutions from Tulkarem.
In his opening speech, the Acting President, Dr. Nafe’ Assaf affirmed on instilling the remembrance of the national figure “Yaser Arafat Abu Amar” inside the hearts of every Palestinian and the commitment to the national values he preserved during his patriot journey and sacrifice to build the State of Palestine and as Jerusalem the capital city.
Dr. Assaf also indicated that Kadoorie University will keep on promoting the Palestinian youth through accessible education to be national leaders and have great values of belonging to their land “Palestine” and to be able to resist the state of illiteracythat is being practiced by the Zionist occupation.
Tulkarem Governor Isam Abu Bakr delivered salutes of H.E. President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas to the participants and emphasized the status of the founding Martyr Yasser Arafat and all the martyrs who gave their lives and blood to end the occupation and establish independent Palestine, making a remarkable difference in the history of the Palestinian cause as a beacon that draws the Palestinian people from his revolutionary journey towards freedom and independence.
