In cooperation with the political guidance Directorate and the Directorate of Police and the Association of Working Women in Tulkarm, Library Friends Club in Kadoorie organized a workshop under the title: "Cybercrimes and Protection Mechanisms".
The workshop discussed the topic of electronic crimes that pertain to the internet and the role of e-crimes unit at the Police Directorate in dealing with complaints submitted to it in this regard.
The workshop was concluded with a set of recommendations, including: the establishment of a private organization to combat and reduce cybercrimes, avoiding storing images of individuals on social networking sites and computers, and the necessity of using complexpasswords and constantly changing them.
