The Deanship of Scientific Research at PTUK Organizes a Scientific Seminar

The deanship of scientific research at Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie organized a scientific seminar for the students of the agricultural biotechnology Master program with the participation of a number of the first class of agricultural biotechnology master students, in the presence of the University President- Prof. Marwan Awartani, the Vice President for Academic Affairs- Dr. Sa’ed Mallak, ,the Dean of Scientific Research- Dr. Rana Samara, the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technology- Dr. Tahseen Sayera, and representatives of the Water Authority.
In this context, Prof. Awartani praised the importance of organizing this seminar and its role in promoting scientific research among students in the master's program.
In turn, Dr. Samara explained that conducting this seminar comes in the context of the university’s interest in scientific research and its efforts in to raise the level of scientific research by providing opportunities for the students to review and discuss their research proposals; she also added that this seminar comes in the context of specialized seminars that will be held periodically in coordination with members of the academic and research bodies.
Samara also added that discussing research proposals in the presence of academics and research institutions will help provide the students with productive feedback in addition to acquainting the community with agricultural biotechnology Master program.
