KadoorieDiscusses Prospects of Mutual Cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture in the Field of Beekeeping

The assistant of the university rector- Dr. DerarEleyyanconvened with a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and bee- diseases expert from Bologna University/ Italy- Andre Leli in the presence of a host of academic staff at the university.
In this context, Dr. DerarEleyyanhighlighted the distinguished statusof the College of Agriculture as one of theoldest disciplines in the university which started as an agricultural school in the thirties of the twentieth century, and pointed out the importance of holding a training session onbeebreeding in the university campus.
For his part, the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture- Lahlouh expressed the full readiness of the Ministry of Agriculture to provide specialized personnel in the field of beekeeping.
