PTUK Starts Corporate Governance Competition

In the presence of its president, Prof Marwan Awartani, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie started a specialized academic competition in corporate governance under the patronage of Palestinian Insurance Federation, which was launched by Palestinian Capital Market Authority(PCMA)in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
The competition aims at enrolling a corporate governance course in the Business Administration College syllabus.
The Dean of Business Administration College, Dr. Ahmad Shweikeh stressed the importance of this competition and its role in raising the students’ awareness and abilities in corporate governance.
In this context, Dr. Fadi Herzallah said that the activities of the competition, which will last for two weeks with the participation of 85 students, will be launched on 6/11/2017.
It is worth mentioning that the winning group will be participating to compete at a national level with the Palestinian universities.
