Medical Awareness Day on Diabetes for PTUK’s Students

In cooperation with Tulkarem Directorate of Health, Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie organized a medical awareness day about diabetes, its types, symptoms, general causes and treatment celebrating the international diabetes awareness day, which will be on Dec 14, 2017.
Hundreds of students were put under laboratory tests checking for diabetes possibility in their blood and were also given information and awareness sessions by specialists from the Directorate of Health.
Dr. Samer Al Jallad, a physician specialized in diabetes in Tulkarem Directorate of Health, delivered an introductory session aiming to spread awareness and ways of protection and treatment among the students.
