PTUK Participates in 2018 Tech Summit in Amman

The Director of Palestine Technical University- Kadoorie Center for e-Learning- Dr. Khitam Shreem participated in the 2018 Tech Summit in Amman, which was organized by the initiative "No Generation Lost" which was launched by the United Nations and other international organizations to alleviate the impact of the Syrian crisis on the education of young children.
Shreim explained that the summit aimed to raise awareness on the possibility of using modern technology to increase access to education and to discuss the systems needed to improve the quality of education in crises.
The Summit is organized annually by the "No Generation Lost" initiative with the participation of UNICEF, UNHCR, Save the Children, World Vision, Norwegian Refugee Agency and Mercy Corps with other key partners, Microsoft, Zain, civil society organizations and government institutions.
