The Department of Engineering and Technical Studies was established in 2013. There are two ‎divisions within this department: The Project Analysis and Evaluation Division and the Engineering ‎Studies and Consultation Division.‎

‎• Preparing the department's budget and providing solutions and suggestions for many engineering ‎problems.‎
‎• Following up with consulting offices to prepare detailed executive plans for various projects.‎
