Public relations department is an integral part of the university's structure; the department plays an ‎important role in creating and strengthening the university's relations with the local and international ‎community, in addition to organizing the university's relations with other institutions inside and outside ‎Palestine.‎

‎•‎ Promote for the university locally, regionally and internationally.‎
‎•‎ Strengthen the university's network of relations and sign agreements, as well as memorandums of ‎understanding with local, regional and international universities and institutions.‎
‎•‎ Form a wide network of relations between the university and relevant local, regional and ‎international institutions and organizations.‎
‎•‎ Foster PTUK's reputation and reflect a bright image of the university.‎
