    PTUK Participates in the Third Palestinian Universities Conference and Exhibition

    Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie (PTUK) participated in the Third Palestinian Universities Conference and Exhibition, held under the theme "Your Future… A Decision Worth Knowing," organized by the Palestinian Public Relations Forum, the event aimed to introduce high school students to the academic programs offered by Palestinian universities and help them make informed decisions about their future studies in line with their interests and labor market needs.

    The conference was held under the patronage of Dr. Amjad Barham, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and was attended by Dr. Laila Ghannam, Governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Mustafa Najm, Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, as well as representatives of public, private, and civil society institutions.

    PTUK's exhibition booth attracted strong interest from prospective students and their families. The University's team introduced visitors to its academic programs, student services, and comprehensive scholarships and tuition waiver schemes, while also providing guidance on admission procedures and helping students identify academic pathways that best match their aspirations and career goals.

    As part of the conference program, PTUK also participated in a panel discussion on aligning academic disciplines with labor market demands. Mr. Omar Joudeh, Director of Public Relations, highlighted the University's continuous efforts to introduce new academic programs and modernize existing ones in response to local and regional workforce needs. He emphasized PTUK's focus on technical, applied, and dual education to equip graduates with industry-relevant skills.

    He also noted that more than 65% of the University's 12,000+ students benefit from scholarships and tuition waivers, and highlighted PTUK's recent achievements in international university rankings, which reflect its growing academic excellence, research performance, and institutional development, further reinforcing its position as one of Palestine's leading universities.
