    This course gives an overview of microwave signals and millimeter waves, and covers the topics of waveguides, Smith charts, microwave devices, and the transmission of millimeter waves. The second part of the course gives an introduction to satellite communication and transmission.

    In this lab, students design and implement various digital circuits using a digital circuit kit. The circuits implemented include simple digital gates, full and half adders, encodes, multiplexers, latches and flip flops.

    This workshop gives a detailed description about the operation of mobile communication systems using a mobile training set. It is divided into three parts: the first is the audio part in which the voice is processed. The second part is the radio part which is responsible about the modulation and multiplexing of the signals. The third and final part is the control part which controls the channel and power assignment in the whole system.
