PTUK Graduates Blind Candidates Enrolled in Talking Program Computer Course

In a ceremony organized at its headquarter in Tulkarem, the Center for Continuing Education at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie graduated 13 blind candidates who were enrolled in a computer training course for the use of a talking program.
The ceremony was attended by the University President Assistant, Dr. Dirar Ellyan the Dean of the Development and Community Service Dr. Omran Ali Ellyan, the Director of the Center for Continuing Education Eng. Na’eem Hamaydeh and the Chairman of the Blind Organization Waleed Abu Hola along with other official managers and directors.
Dr. Dirar Elyyan welcomed the guests stressing the university’s interest encouraging the blind community made it possible to provide other training courses that may help them in their lives especially for those that develop their skills in using computers and learning the English language.
