Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie received on Monday July 15, 2018 a delegation from the Preventive Security Service, headed by the Director of Public Relations Division Ekrema Thabet. The meeting aimed at discussing the implementation of the agreement articles that is signed between the two sides and to setting up internal committees to follow up the implementation in the field of technology, data security, public relations and media as well as training, planning and development. Attended the meeting were the PTUK Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Nafe’ Assaf, the President Assistant for Public and Community Relations, Ahmad Ammar, the Dean of Planning and Development, Dr. Khaled Shadeed, the Head of Computer Engineering Department, Dr. Yousef Daraghmah, the lecturers at PTUK Mohammad Seefan and Dr. Mohammad Khalil as well as the Director of Training Department, Mohammad Al-Salameen from the PSS, the Director – in – Charge Lieutenant Colonel Ibraheem Ayyash and Ziyad Ishtayeh – the responsible for skills training and development in the IT Management. Ahmad Ammar welcomed the guests stressing the university’s readiness to cooperate with security bodies in the nation and to conduct the necessary procedures for the preparation of holding future meetings for implementation.
