The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and the Agricultural Research Center at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie participated in a workshop on "Innovation and Sustainability in the Agricultural Sector in Palestine" as a part of the Palestinian Academic Agricultural Cooperation Project which was funded by the Dutch Government in the presence of a number of specialists, academics and actors in the agricultural sector, and representatives of Palestinian universities. In this context, the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Science and Technology- Dr. Tahseen Sayara and the Director of the Agricultural Research Center at the University- Dr. Nawaf Abu Khalaf explained that the workshop discussed the mechanisms of developing work plans to follow up the outcomes of "Future Research in Innovation and Sustainability in the Palestinian Agricultural Sector" workshop. Parallel to the workshop, a meeting was held with the steering committee during which it was agreed to allocate 135 thousand euros for each university in addition to supplying the College of Agricultural Science and Technology with technical equipment that worth 125 thousand Euros.
